The Site is an informational marketing website. Its content describes who we are and the services we offer. Reading the Site or booking a conversation does not by itself create a client relationship or a contract for paid work. Any engagement is set out in a separate written agreement.

The content here is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice for your specific situation, and you should not rely on it as such. Advice for your business comes only through a direct engagement with us.

The Site lets you book a conversation through Cal.com. Scheduling a time is a request to talk, not a binding agreement for paid work. We may confirm, reschedule, or decline a booking.

The Site and its content… including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, and the White Sage name and marks… are owned by White Sage or its licensors and are protected by law. You are welcome to view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or reuse its content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree to use the Site lawfully. You will not try to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access to it or its systems, use it to send spam or harmful code, harvest its content in a way that burdens the Site, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.

The Site links to third-party services, such as Cal.com for booking and our profiles on other platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be available without interruption, that it will be without error, or that its information is complete or current at all times.

To the fullest extent the law allows, White Sage and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

You agree to hold White Sage harmless from claims, losses, or expenses that arise out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms as the Site changes. When we do, we will update the last-updated date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site after that, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
