Custom Software

What doesn't exist yet, we .

When the tool you need doesn't exist, White Sage builds it through its own company, Brightlight Agentics… custom software, one partner accountable end to end.

Web apps, mobile apps, AI integrations… designed from scratch for the way your business runs.

The problem

You've searched. Nobody sells it.

  • Off-the-shelf covers most of it. The rest runs on spreadsheets.

  • Workarounds stacked on workarounds, and everyone lives with it.

  • The business bends to fit the software.

  • At some point, the workaround costs more than the build.

What we build

  • Web applications

Internal tools, client portals, the system nobody sells.

  • Mobile apps

For the work that doesn't happen at a desk.

  • AI integrations

Intelligence built into the tools you already run.

  • Custom systems

When the workflow is yours alone, the software should be too.

Who builds it

Brightlight Agentics

Custom builds run through Brightlight Agentics… our own software company, under the same roof. You're never passed off, never given a second number to call. One partner, accountable end to end.

Designed from scratch. Tested hard, code and security both.

How we work

Findings first. We dig into the workflow, put a dollar figure on the workaround… and only then design the build.

  • One flat project fee. You know the number before we start.

What owners ask

When does custom software make sense instead of off-the-shelf?

When the workarounds start costing more than the build would. Off-the-shelf is right up until you're paying people to fight it... duplicate entry, exports, 'the system can't do that.' Custom makes sense when the software should fit the business instead of the business bending to the software.

Who actually builds it?

Engineering runs through Brightlight Agentics, our sibling software firm... same roof, senior hands. White Sage scopes the work, stays your single point of contact, and owns the outcome.

What does the build process look like?

Scope first: what it has to do, what it connects to, what done means. Then a flat project fee and a fixed timeline before a line of code gets written. You see working software as it comes together... not a big reveal at the end.

What about maintenance after launch?

Software you rely on needs someone on the hook for it, and we don't disappear at launch. Support and upkeep get scoped with the build... agreed before you commit, not discovered after.

The findings come first.

Two short conversations. Between them, we do the digging… and come back with a dollar figure on the one or two gaps costing you most. Yours to keep, either way.
