Privacy Policy

White Sage Digital Transformation Services ("White Sage," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information whitesage.io collects, what it does not, and how to reach us.
The short version
This is a static marketing website. It has no accounts, no login, no store, and no forms that save your information on our servers. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising trackers.
The only time you share information with us directly is when you choose to book a conversation, send us an email, or call us.
Information you give us
If you email us, call us, or book a time to talk, you share the details you choose to include… such as your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write. We use those details only to reply and to prepare for the conversation you asked for.
Booking through Cal.com
We use Cal.com to schedule conversations. When you pick a time, Cal.com collects the details you enter to create the appointment. That booking data is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, not this one.
You can read how Cal.com handles it in the Cal.com Privacy Policy.
If you arrived through a link we shared somewhere, we also pass those campaign details along with the booking, so we can tell which of our own efforts led to it.
What the site does not collect
The site itself does not create an account for you, does not ask you to log in, and does not keep a database of form submissions. Beyond the usage measurement described in this policy, we do not receive anything about you unless you choose to reach out… no name, no email address, no phone number.
Analytics and cookies
We now use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It shows us which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, general location such as country and city, and basic device and browser information. If you arrived through a link we shared somewhere, the campaign details attached to that link come with you, and we hold them for the rest of your visit so we can tell which of our own efforts actually bring people here. Google sets cookies in your browser to make all of that work.
We also record when someone opens the booking window and when a booking goes through, along with the booking's reference number from Cal.com. That is how we know the site is doing its job. It does not include your name, your email address, or anything you wrote… only the fact of the booking, its reference number, and a few plain details about it, such as which type of conversation it was and whether it was confirmed straight away.
We do not sell or rent any of this, we do not use it to personalize advertising, and there is no advertising cookie or retargeting layer on this site today. If you would rather not be counted at all, most browsers let you block or clear cookies in their settings, and Google publishes a browser add-on that switches Google Analytics off on every site you visit.
How we use what you send
We use the information you send to respond to you, to prepare for and hold the conversation you requested, and to follow up if you ask us to. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for advertising.
Hosting and third-party services
Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses and request times for security and reliability, as is normal for any website. Booking is handled by Cal.com, and email and phone contact run through standard email and phone providers, each under its own terms.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of sending information over the internet is ever completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices
You are never required to share anything to browse this site. If you have contacted us and want to know what we hold, or want it corrected or removed, email us and we will help.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. When we do, we will change the last-updated date at the top of this page. Please check back now and then.
